Austin | Portland senior portraits

Austin is an amazing young man, very driven and talented. He is an athlete, a ski racer, at the top in the country for his age. I fully expect to see him in the Olympics someday and I can say “I knew him when”.
You were such a great subject the other evening, Austin, thanks, and I can’t wait to see what you do in the future!

This first location was one his mom suggested, a lovely row of trees, I think it went on for a mile….perfect!

Gorgeous Courtney, I loved spending an afternoon with you and your mom!

We got a couple of shots of her with her mom, who we love….she was an aide at my kids’ school and helped teach my kids….they loved her!

These two obviously have a great relationship!

Seriously, doesn’t she look like a Cover Girl here? So natural and pretty, all-American.

Gorgeous session the other day with this family, down at the beautiful St. John’s Bridge. The repeating arches are just an architectural detail to die for! Their boys were so sweet and so cute!

And daddy Brad with their youngest, who was just taking his first steps and, if I’ve heard correctly, started officially walking just a couple of days after our shoot!

Awwwwww, he is so gorgeous!!!

Rachel brought some fun “shutter shades” to play with. I remember those from the ’80′s…can’t believe they’re back!

And we wanted a good amount of pictures of them as a couple:

60 years of family | Oregon beach photographer

I was honored to be asked to photograph this very special family while they were together for a reunion, but also to honor some very special people.

And here are the guests of honor…..Neil and Lee are celebrating 60 years of marriage! Is there anything more beautiful? You have my congratulations and respect….I hope I’m blessed to be there someday too!

We had to capture the parents and their children….all 5 of the siblings:

The wonderful, happy, full of energy grandkids!

They were so loving, seemed to be such good friends as well as cousins!

Just look at all of these stunning kids!

And then we photographed each of the individual families:
