Yearly Archives: 2009 Met a gorgeous, gorgeous little girl this week. Petite and perfect…..she slept so well for me. Just adored by her brothers and mom and dad too. Oh boy, do I ever love shots of newborns in dad’s arms. The protection, the promise, the juxtaposition of hard and soft….. What a beautiful mama! The utter relaxation...  I was asked to exhibit my work at a local art gallery….so exciting! It is at the Glatt House Gallery, in Woodburn, and will run for the entire month of September. Everyone will be invited, of course, and I’ll get out all of the information as it comes. Now for the hard part, I have...  I may be more than a little biased, this little guy is my nephew! And he’s not a little guy, by the way, he was born at 11lbs, 8oz…big babies run in the family. But he was definitely one of the easiest babies I’ve photographed, he slept really well and was really curly even with...  I had fun with this family at Pittock Mansion….the little man was such a sweetie! I think this first image was made for black & white…..it just shines! I loved this one, it looks like he’s giving us the A-OK sign! Some good fun with dad! This little man was seriously on the move, figuring...  These two brothers are about to have their world rocked. A beautiful baby sister is on her way! And they really couldn’t be happier. These boys were among the best-behaved I’ve dealt with….thanks, guys, you were great kids for me! The whole family. They love black and white images so I kept that in mind while... |
