I’m so behind on blogging, I am going to try to start catching up here.
Lauren and Brian will be moving out of state soon and wanted their engagement photos to highlight their time here in Portland and especially the Pearl District where they’ve spent so much time and have fallen in love. I loved how happy and in love they were, we had a great afternoon together!
I’ve got to say, Brian did not seem to mind all of the cuddly shots we HAD to take. Oh how I torture my clients…..

Ok, this shot has a backstory. As I got on the ground to shoot up at them, I got a mammoth splinter in my finger. I was just going to wait until the shoot was over to take care of it, but Lauren sweetly insisted on helping me out right there and got that sucker out of my finger! Haha, I’ve never had a client do that before!
We found this really cool wall while walking along, I just could not believe how amazingly well it went with their clothing!

We got permission to shoot a little in one of their favorite little restaurants….more memories of Portland!

There are some really cool art pieces we ran into, and while looking at all the sides to see how we could use them, I found this side: GO LOVE….what could be more appropriate?
